Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or consultations are estimates based on the information available at the time and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Pricing may change if project scope changes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to their website, analytics accounts, and content needed to complete agreed work, and for the accuracy of information provided to us.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in each client's individual service agreement or invoice. Specific billing details are not published on this website.
Intellectual Property
Content, code, and design on helix-seo.com are the property of Helix SEO unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created for a client become the client's property once paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Helix SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including changes in search engine rankings, algorithm updates, or third-party platform policies beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement according to the notice terms set out in the applicable service agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
